About: Kristopher M. Milicevic, Esq.
Kristopher is a native Nevadan, born and raised in Las Vegas. He attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a minor in Italian. He received his Law Degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
During his years in law school Kristopher externed for a U.S. District Court Judge as well as the U.S. Attorneys’ Office, learning all aspects of civil and criminal matters. He also became a certified mediator through the Boyd Mediation Clinic and helped numerous couples mediate their divorce settlements.
Kristopher was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2011 and began his career as an insurance defense attorney handling general liability and construction defect matters for a large law firm. After becoming familiar with how insurance companies conduct business Kristopher decided to put his legal skills to use on behalf of his fellow Nevadans against the insurance companies to get the compensation that they are entitled to and joined the law firm of Edward M. Bernstein & Associates representing hundreds of clients in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation matters. After perfecting his skill as a Plaintiff’s Attorney Kristopher decided to open his own firm to ensure he could give the personal attention his client’s deserve as well as expanding his practice to include divorce and criminal matters.
Kristopher is an aggressive, passionate and detail oriented lawyer, whose goal is to provide the best possible outcome for his clients. His ability to relate to people has helped clients open up to him, developing a strong relationship, working as a team and creating a connection. Kristopher’s passion to help people and getting them what they deserve motivates him. He is very resourceful and his clients’ satisfaction is a priority for him.
